Hi, I’m Jenee' Olivier, and founder of Business Boutique. We are all about helping businesses in the areas of Human Resources, Team Culture and Development and Safety.  

A little bit about myself. I received my undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Marketing, and an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University. I obtained and hold a (PHR) Professional Human Resources Certification since 2009 and my (SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP) Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional since 2015, as well as a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) designation. I have 20+ years as an HR and Safety Professional.

I support owners, C-suites and HR and Safety departments delivering training, procedural manuals for safety and human resources, composing executive briefs explaining new legislation impacting small businesses, speaking engagements and facilitating strategy sessions to navigate and mitigate HR and safety risks and regulations.

In my free time, I enjoy running and sports, and spending time with my kids.
